Thread scallops onto skewers and grill for 4 minutes per side then return butter mixture to saucepan, and bring to a boil. Drizzle over grilled scallops and serve. Enjoy!
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, Runnin Wild Steak Seasoning, rosemary, and oregano and pour over steak and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Boil potatoes until tender then thread the marinated steak and mushrooms, along with the potatoes, onto skewers. Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes over medium-high heat until cooked to desired doneness. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then whisk in the flour. Heat the oil in a Dutch oven; combine the onion, Garlic Butter Seasoning, Seafood Seasoning, celery, Cajun Seasoning, broth, corn, milk, and cream. When the mixture begins to simmer, reduce heat to low and simmer 7 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon at a time, blending thoroughly. Stir in crab meat, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 6 minutes more. Season with Peppered Sea Salt to taste. Enjoy!
Beef Jerky -- it's what's for dinner!! Be sure to try out this RunninWild approved recipe, straight from Brazil! Bring 4 cups of water to a boil and add 2 cups of rice. Dice cilantro and onion. Slice beef jerky pieces into halves. In a saute pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Saute beef jerky slices, onion, and cilantro together. Add cooked rice to the sauteed mixture in spoonfuls and mix. Enjoy!!
One of our favorite recipes and easy to make! Spice it up with our Gourmet Lemon Pepper Seasoning! Cut chicken into cubes, then toss chicken with 2 tbsp. olive oil and 2 tsp. Runnin Wild Lemon Pepper Seasoning. In shallow bowl, place crushed potato chips. Coat chicken in potato chips. Cook chicken 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Make Lemon Sauce and pour over chicken before eating. Serve over rice, enjoy!
Everybody likes a good ole' sweet peach. Track down some ribs and peach it up. Reserve 2 tablespoons Runnin Wild Gourmet Peach Rub (1 for ribs and 1 for sauce), then liberally sprinkle each side of ribs with the rub and wrap the ribs in plastic. Refrigerate for 8 hours then cook for 4 hours on the grill. Remove the ribs from the grill; sprinkle the slabs with Runnin Wild Peach Rub, then cut each slab and coat with Runnin Wild Original Barbecue Sauce. Dig in and enjoy!
