Flamin' Grilled Scallops
Are you ready to get fishy?! Grad a bottle of Runnin Wild Seafood Seasoning and get to grilling! Start by melting butter in a saucepan and cook onions and garlic until soft, stir in lemon juice and salt. Toss scallops with butter mixture and Runnin Wild Seafood Seasoning. Thread scallops onto skewers and grill for 4 minutes per side then return butter mixture to saucepan, and bring to a boil. Drizzle over grilled scallops and serve. Enjoy!
Crab and Corn Bisque
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then whisk in the flour. Heat the oil in a Dutch oven; combine the onion, Garlic Butter Seasoning, Seafood Seasoning, celery, Cajun Seasoning, broth, corn, milk, and cream. When the mixture begins to simmer, reduce heat to low and simmer 7 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon at a time, blending thoroughly. Stir in crab meat, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 6 minutes more. Season with Peppered Sea Salt to taste. Enjoy!
