  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add eggs and scramble; transfer to a plate.
  2. Turn heat on high, and add another teaspoon of olive oil. Add chicken, 1 tablespoon French Fry Seasoning, 2 teaspoons Peppered Sea Salt Seasoning, and cook until done.
  3. In same skillet over medium-low heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger, and cook until starting to soften. Add peas and carrots. Add cooked rice and toss using spatula. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Add back chicken and eggs, then toss together and serve
