I have yet to try a product from these guys that does not surpass my picky expectations. I used this rub on a 14lb beef brisket from my local Butcher shop. I trimmed all but 1/8 of an inch of fat, rubbed it very thoroughly. Which ended up to be half of the bottle. And let it sit wrapped in foil for about 16 hours. Smoked at 225 with hickory and apple wood. Once it got to 205 degrees. I put it in a cooler for 3 hours and Dug in. The bark was incredible mixed with the wood I used. Out of about 20 different briskets I have smoked over the years, the wife said this was her favorite. Absolutely a must try for experts or beginners.

I hate to give my secrets away, but this is worthy of making you a top pit master. I've been using the Runnin' Wild brisket rub for over 5 years now and it is by far the best rub I have ever found. I've hosted several parties that several Texas friend have attended and their comment on the brisket was "that is the best brisket I've ever had and you can hang your hat on that." Want to impress, get it... You won't regret it.
