Peppered Garlic Chicken w/ White Wine Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
-
2 (8 oz) chicken breasts
-
5 strips of bacon
-
1 shallot, finely diced
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1½ cups heavy cream
-
1½ tsp salt
-
⅓ cup white wine
-
½ tsp nutmeg
Directions:
1. Prep Your Chicken: Coat your chicken generously with our Peppered Garlic with Sea Salt Seasoning. Let it rest and soak in that flavor while you prep everything else.
2. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, fry up those bacon strips until perfectly crispy. Set aside, then finely dice your shallot.
3. Fire Up the Grill: Grill your seasoned chicken until golden and juicy. Let it rest before slicing.
4. Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté the shallots until they’re soft and lightly browned. Add the white wine and cook until almost fully reduced. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add salt and nutmeg. Let it thicken into a rich, dreamy sauce.
5. Slice and Serve: Cut the chicken on a slight bias for that steakhouse-style look. Plate it up, pour the white wine cream sauce over the top, and finish with chopped crispy bacon.
Pro Tip: Pair this beauty with a glass of chilled white wine or a cold beer — you earned it.
