Baked Veggies and Sausage

Looking for a way to spice up those veggies?? We've got you covered. Our Baked Veggies and Sausage recipe is packed with flavor. Our Blackened Seasoning gives the dish just the right amount of kick, and our Garlic Butter gives it an extra dose of flavor! Cook it up and dig in!
INGREDIENTS:

6 oz Andouille Sausage

1 - 2 Bell peppers, Yellow and Red

1 Zucchini

2 cups Broccoli

Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil
PROCEDURE:

Slice andouille sausage into half inch pieces and brown in skillet. Once browned set aside.

Dice Bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini and place in a bowl.

Combine sausage and veggies. Drizzle 2 tbsp Olive Oil and toss to coat. Season with 1 tbsp Garlic Butter and 1 tsp Blackened Seasoning and toss.

Spread onto large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan and dig in!
