Baked Sausage and Veggies
Time to give them veggies a wild west makeover. Our Baked Veggies and Sausage recipe is bursting with flavor. The Blackened Seasoning adds the perfect kick, and our Garlic Butter throws in an extra dose of country charm. Rustle it up and get ready to dig in!
INGREDIENTS:

PROCEDURE:

  1. Slice andouille sausage into half inch pieces and brown in skillet. Once browned set aside.

  2. Dice Bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini and place in a bowl.

  3. Combine sausage and veggies. Drizzle 2 tbsp Olive Oil and toss to coat. Season with 1 tbsp Garlic Butter and 1 tsp Blackened Seasoning and toss.

  4. Spread onto large baking sheet with cooking spray. 

  5. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and dig in!
