Baked Veggies and Sausage
INGREDIENTS:

6 oz Andouille Sausage

1 - 2 Bell peppers, Yellow and Red

1 Zucchini

2 cups Broccoli

Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil
PROCEDURE:

Slice andouille sausage into half inch pieces and brown in skillet. Once browned set aside.

Dice Bell peppers, broccoli, and zucchini and place in a bowl.

Combine sausage and veggies. Drizzle 2 tbsp Olive Oil and toss to coat. Season with 1 tbsp Garlic Butter and 1 tsp Blackened Seasoning and toss.

Spread onto large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan and dig in!
